Your event includes four hours of exclusive access, complete with premium snowshoe rentals, a privately guided adventure through serene, snow-covered landscapes, access to the Olympic Trail System, and a beautifully curated four-course dining experience prepared by our culinary team.

Conclude your experience with private fireside time beneath a canopy of stars — the perfect setting for parties, birthdays, reunions, team building, holiday parties, and weddings. Add live music, star gazing, photography, or a full bar to create a unique dining experience like no other.

Private Events can NOT be booked online. All groups over the size of 18 guests must book a private event.

Our evening includes a guided half mile snowshoe to an intimate yurt looking out over the Heber Valley. The price also includes snowshoe rentals, a 4 course dinner for your guests, and entry into the park. The yurt itself is a 30ft yurt,, and has a 20ft deck off the front of it, with multiple fireplaces, heaters and seating. Below is a patio with more seating, and a wood burning fire pit for roasting marshmallows and warming up.

Cancellation Policy:

a non-refundable deposit of 20% must be made at the time of booking. All reservations for private events must be cancelled two weeks in advance for a refund Outside of deposits made. Cancellations made inside that two week window will be charged a 50% fee of final costs.

Directions from Park City: Take Hwy 40 East towards Heber. Turn Right at the light, 1 113 towards Midway. Turn left on S Center Street in Midway, then left on Tate Street. Turn right on Soldier Hollow Lane. Park at Nordic Center, and meet inside.

Directions From Heber: Head West on 113 towards Midway. Turn left on S Center Street in Midway, then left on Tate Street. Turn right on Soldier Hollow Lane. Park at Nordic Center, and meet inside.

Directions from Provo: Take Hwy 189 towards Heber. Turn left on S Charleston Rd, continue until you hit Tate Street. Turn right on Soldier Hollow Lane. Park at Nordic Center, and meet inside.
